Remote Desktop Manager (RDM) is a remote connection and credential management platform from Devolutions for IT teams and system administrators who juggle many remote sessions and the passwords that go with them. It centralises RDP, SSH, VNC and cloud console connections, together with a shared and personal credential vault, so a technician opens sessions from one console with credentials injected automatically rather than typed or copied. Devolutions publishes role-based access control, two-factor authentication, session recording and audit trails, network discovery, multi-monitor and tabbed sessions, built-in file transfer, and Wake-on-LAN as part of the product, alongside command-line and MSI-based silent deployment for rolling it out across a team. RDM is not sold as a standalone SKU any more. Devolutions restructured its pricing in 2026 into four stacked platform tiers, each per user per month billed annually: Workforce Password Management at $3, Remote Access Management at $20, Remote Desktop Management & IT Operations at $30 (the first tier that includes RDM itself, on top of everything in the two tiers below), and Privileged Access Management at $50 (checked September 2026).
