If you sell to MSPs, you can book a sponsored spot on a category page or on the home page. Every sponsored spot carries a visible "Sponsored" label, and paying never changes your reviews or ratings.
We launched in 2026, so prices are low, and the first ten sponsors keep their founding rate for 12 months.
People who open a category page or a comparison on MSP Software are usually choosing something. They are MSP owners checking whether a switch is worth the money, technicians shortlisting tools for a new stack, and whoever signs off the purchase comparing prices before a renewal.

Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Each booking is a single payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews automatically.

Paid placements are adverts, so they are labelled that way. The word "Sponsored" appears next to the product name on every paid spot, and there is no setting anywhere on the site that hides or rewords it, for us or for a sponsor.

A sponsor with a 3-star average keeps its 3-star average. Sponsored spots sit apart from the normal list. We follow the UK rules on hidden advertising and fake reviews in the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
Yes. A sponsored spot points to your listing, and for a category spot the product has to be listed in that category already. Listing is free, and so is claiming a listing we already have. If you have not claimed yours, do that before you book, so the details are right before more MSPs see the page.
No. Reviews are moderated the same way for every vendor, sponsor or not, and ratings come only from what MSPs write. Paying does not move you up the normal list.
Yes, any category your product is listed in. The site covers 19 categories, including PSA, RMM, backup, EDR, email security and documentation. Each category takes up to 2 sponsors at a time.
By card through Stripe, using the pay link we email you. Stripe then emails an invoice and a receipt. If you need a PO number on the invoice, include it when you book.
No. You pay once for the period you booked and the spot ends on its own. You get an email before it ends in case you want to book again.
We do not promise numbers. MSP Software is an early, specialist site, and you are paying for a clearly placed spot in front of MSPs comparing tools in your category. You get the view numbers for your listing at the end, so you can judge it yourself.
No. We do not sell reviews, ratings or editorial coverage, only the packages above.
