A listing is built from what the vendor publishes, checked against the vendor's own site, and dated. This page says where each part of it comes from and how to correct it.
Descriptions, prices, feature marks and integrations come from the vendor's website and its public documentation. Nothing on a listing is taken from the vendor by interview or paid placement.
A vendor that has claimed its profile can edit the product description, the tagline, the website and pricing links, the logo and the feature checklist. The listing heads the description "From the vendor"; once a vendor has edited it, the date of that edit appears under the heading.
"Our take" and each category's buying guide are written by a person, not generated. The FAQ on a listing has two parts: questions built from the facts on the page, such as the price and the deployment options, and questions written by an editor.
"Listing updated" is the date any content or fact on the listing last changed. "Checked by MSP Software" is the date those facts were last verified against the vendor's site.
A vendor can pay to sponsor one of its products. A sponsored listing carries the Featured badge and sits in the Sponsored row at the top of its category page, labelled as such wherever it appears.

Facts, feature checklists, buyer guides, FAQ answers, aggregate ratings and reported-pricing aggregates on MSP Software may be quoted with attribution to MSP Software and a link to the page cited. Reviews are the reviewers' own words and are not covered.
