MSP Software keeps a list of the email domains that belong to each vendor. Sign in with an email address on your company's domain and, if your vendor has not been claimed yet, you will see the option to claim it together with every product listed under it. The first person to claim becomes the owner. If a colleague has already claimed it, you will see their domain and can ask us at [email protected] to be added. If your domain is not on file yet, email [email protected] from that domain.
Edit product descriptions, pricing links, integrations and logos; reply to reviews; buy Featured placement or site sponsorship. Ratings, reviews and reported prices are never editable by vendors.
Featured placement puts your listing at the top of its primary category page and first among matching search results for your product name. The listing carries a "Featured" badge with this text next to it: "Featured placement is paid for by the vendor. It buys the position, not the rating or the reviews."
