CIPP (CyberDrain Improved Partner Portal) is an open-source, self-hosted console for managing Microsoft 365 tenants at scale, covering user and licence administration, security baseline checks (such as conditional access and MFA coverage) and standard configuration templates an MSP applies across many clients at once. It suits MSPs comfortable hosting their own application (typically on Azure) who want the depth of Microsoft's own management APIs without paying a per-tenant licence fee for a commercial multi-tenant console, and who are willing to run and update the software themselves. Pricing is free and open source, with hosting costs on the MSP's own Azure subscription rather than a vendor subscription fee, funded through community contributions and optional paid support from its maintainers. It integrates directly with Microsoft Graph and Partner Center APIs, and with PSA and RMM platforms through webhooks, so alerts about a tenant falling out of policy can open a ticket automatically.
