inforcer is a cloud platform from inforcer, a UK company founded in London in 2023, that lets MSPs manage and secure Microsoft 365 across many customer tenants from one console. It comes as two products. 365 Manager standardises policies across Intune, Entra ID, Defender, Exchange Online Protection, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Purview, with shared baselines (including inforcer's own Blueprint framework), drift alerts, nightly policy backup and restore, group and user management, and Intune app deployment to several tenants at once. inforcer TDR adds threat detection and response for Microsoft 365. It correlates signals from Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Defender and Purview, uses AI behavioural analysis to reduce false positives, and can automatically revoke sessions, lock accounts and retract phishing emails. A SOC with analysts in the UK, US and Australia validates alerts where needed and escalates to the MSP, not to the end customer.

For MSPs building an AI practice, inforcer runs Copilot readiness assessments, and Copilot Manager reports on Copilot adoption and Shadow AI use across tenants, with a risk score for each app. Branded tenant assessments can be run against industry frameworks or the MSP's own standards. Drift and compliance alerts can raise tickets in Autotask, ConnectWise and HaloPSA.

Pricing is quote-based. 365 Manager is priced per tenant with a 20-tenant minimum, and TDR per user with a mailbox with a 50-user minimum, both on 12-month terms. TDR licences are pooled across the MSP's customers. A 14-day free trial covers both products.
