Gorelo

Gorelo is an all-in-one RMM and PSA platform from Gorelo, Inc. for managed service providers that want remote monitoring, ticketing, documentation, billing and automation in one console rather than a stitched-together set of point tools. The platform reached feature completion and launched publicly in May 2025 after development that began in 2021, and its founders, both from MSP and enterprise software backgrounds, describe building it after running MSPs on existing platforms. It suits MSPs starting fresh or replacing an older combination of separate RMM and PSA tools with something newer, and MSPs that prefer published, per-technician pricing over a quote-only sales process.

On the remote management side Gorelo covers device monitoring and uptime checks, scripting through a live terminal and CLI, Windows patch management with deferral and reboot controls comparable to Intune, third-party application updates through WinGet, tag-based policy automation, and local admin password rotation. Its service delivery module covers ticketing with real-time internal chat and mentions, projects with checklists and time tracking, a client portal, forms and a document library that doubles as a knowledge base, and approval workflows. Billing covers flexible contract types (unlimited, limited, block and per hour), a product catalogue, and invoicing synced to Xero or QuickBooks. Gorelo also integrates directly with Huntress, ScreenConnect, Pax8, 1Password and the backup platform Slide, and includes AI features such as ticket summarisation, sentiment analysis, suggested replies and guided script generation across the platform.

Pricing is published rather than quote-only: Co-Managed access starts at $39 per user per month, PSA Only is $59 per user per month, and the Full Platform combining remote management, service delivery, documentation, billing and automation is $99 per user per month, all billed annually with a higher monthly rate, and an organisation's owner must hold a Full Platform licence before Co-Managed or PSA-only seats can be added (checked September 2026). Gorelo offers a 30-day free trial and states there are no lock-in contracts, but there is no free tier once the trial ends. The platform is cloud-hosted on Microsoft Azure with a SOC 2 Type I attestation, and its headquarters is not published on its site. Because Gorelo is a young product, MSPs should check on a trial whether its patch management beyond Windows, reporting, and features such as SLA timers match what a longer-established RMM or PSA already provides.

Gorelo is one of the newest all-in-one RMM and PSA platforms in this category, having only reached full launch in 2025, so it is worth weighing against established combined platforms such as SuperOps or Syncro, and against pairing a separate RMM such as NinjaOne with a separate PSA such as HaloPSA. Its per-technician pricing is published and tiered rather than a single flat number, so check which tier actually includes remote management, service delivery and billing before comparing the headline price to a rival's. On a trial, confirm the depth of patching beyond Windows, whether SLA timers or a dedicated mobile app matter to your team, since neither is described in Gorelo's current documentation, and that your existing PSA and RMM data can migrate over cleanly given how young the platform still is.
