ScreenConnect (formerly ConnectWise Control) provides on-demand remote support sessions and unattended access to client machines, and can be self-hosted on the MSP's own server or run as a ConnectWise-hosted cloud instance. It suits MSPs who want a fast, low-latency remote access tool with white-label branding for the end-user-facing client, and those who value the self-hosting option for data residency or cost reasons, since a self-hosted licence has no per-technician or per-endpoint cap beyond server capacity.
