Auvik discovers and maps the network devices at a client site, switches, firewalls, access points and more, automatically, then monitors them for configuration changes and outages and keeps a rolling backup of device configurations. It suits MSPs who currently document networks manually in spreadsheets or diagrams that go stale, since Auvik's topology maps update themselves as the network changes, and those who want centralised visibility across every client site's network gear from one dashboard rather than logging into devices individually. Pricing is per billable network device per month, quoted through an Auvik account manager rather than published as a simple public figure, with volume pricing at higher device counts. Auvik integrates with PSA and documentation platforms including ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, IT Glue and Hudu, so network maps and alerts can appear inside a client's existing documentation and ticketing systems rather than only in Auvik's own console.
