Overview

From the vendor

Gradient (Gradient MSP) pulls billing and licence data from an MSP's vendors and distributors and reconciles it against what each client is actually being charged, flagging seats or licences a client is paying for but not using, and gaps where usage has grown past what is billed. It suits MSPs running several vendor relationships and distributor accounts who currently reconcile billing by hand in spreadsheets each month, a process prone to under-billing as client environments change between invoices. Pricing is per managed seat or per integration per month, quoted through a Gradient account manager rather than published as a fixed list price. It integrates with major distributors including Pax8, Ingram Micro and Sherweb, with Microsoft's partner billing data, and with PSA platforms for exporting reconciled billing, and its reporting is also used by some MSPs to support license utilisation conversations in a quarterly business review.
